We're excited to announce that we have a new addition in the Beach Club gym, the state-of-the-art Power Plate® Pro6 vibration training system. Among other benefits, the vibrating plate helps to boost blood circulation, increase muscle strength and flexibility, decrease cellulite and increase bone mineral density.
